Peggy Phipps is the CEO and designer for
The Grand Design. She has served the Decatur area for over 20 years. Her unique creativeness has won her many accolades and hundreds of satisfied customers.
Peggy takes pride in providing quality service. She will listen to the customer's wants and needs.Peggy will take charge from that point on to see that the ordering is complete and follow through to the final installation.
Peggy can accommodate you in completing virtually any projects. Peggy is a Certified Hunter Douglas installer.
Peggy takes pride in keeping active in the local community. She is a member of The Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce, Metro Decatur Home Builders Association, Noon Women's Network, PEO and Holy Family Catholic Parish. She also supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Special Olympics, Decatur YMCA Strong Kids, Decatur Area Arts Council, Illinois, Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce, March of Dimes and the list goes on. Mitzie McAvoy joined The Grand Design in 2001. Her first position was as the workroom manager. With an accounting background and her organizational skills she is the Accountant and Showroom Manager for The Grand Design.
